The staff were friendly and helpful enough, so overall it was a easy experience. Nothing over the top, but they were nice and did what they needed to do!

The boat left at about the exact time they said it would and got us back right around schedule too. It made planning the next few hours of our day so much easier, with basically no stress.

Booking was really simple, and the site worked well with my phone reader. There weren’t any "annoying" extra steps, which made the whole thing feel easy and helpful.

I really enjoyed this cruise. The guide was funny and easy to listen to, and I actually picked up a few interesting things along the way. The views were lovely too, which is obviously a big part of the point. Overall, a really nice experience and I’d happily go again

the cruise was just the right length. saw plenty of sights without feeling like i was stuck on the boat forever.

The restroom was clean, which made it comfortable to use. The only issue was that it had run out of soap, so washing up wasn’t as easy as it should’ve been.

Just a heads up for anyone nervous about doing a Circle Line cruise when it’s packed: I went last weekend and fully expected it to be chaotic with all the people there, but it really wasn’t. The boarding line moved faster than I thought, and the staff did a good job keeping everyone spaced out and pointing people where to go without being rude about it. Even getting off the boat was surprisingly calm — no pushing, no confusion, nothing stressful. For such a busy NYC tourist attraction, they actually managed the crowd really well. If you’re worried it’ll be a mess, I’d say don’t let that stop you.

Took a Circle Line ride last weekend and was impressed with how clean everything was. The seats, windows, and even the bathrooms were well kept, which I wasn’t really expecting on such a busy trip. The drinks were easy to get, so that part was nice. The food choices were basic though, and because the prices felt a little high for what you get, I wasn’t too impressed. It wasn’t bad, just nothing I’d go out of my way to order again. Next time I’d probably bring my own snack.

The ride itself was nice overall, but the seating wasn’t the most comfortable. After a little while the seats started to feel kind of hard, and they were a bit too close together for my liking. Weirdly, I remember there was this tiny squeak every time someone shifted in the row ahead of me, which probably made me notice the seats even more. It was totally fine for a short trip, but for the price, I expected it to be a little more comfortable. Still, I had a decent time.

I went on the Circle Line cruise and ended up getting a bunch of really good pictures. The skyline, bridges, and Statue of Liberty all came out surprisingly clear on my phone, though maybe we just got lucky with the weather and lighting that day. It was easy to walk around and find a good spot without feeling too stuck in one place. I can’t speak for every cruise or every time slot, but based on my experience, it was totally worth it if you enjoy taking photos

Booking on circleline was really easy, and the boat ride ended up being the highlight. You get those amazing views of the skyline, bridges, and the Statue of Liberty without feeling like you’re running all over the city. I sat outside, and yeah, it was windy, but totally worth it for the photos. It’s not a fancy experience, but for anyone visiting NYC or even locals wanting a different view, I think most people would really enjoy it. I’d definitely do it again, especially around sunset.

I’d say it was worth the money I paid. It’s not perfect, and part of me expected a little more, but at the same time I can’t really complain because it does the job well enough. I’ve definitely spent more on worse things, so overall I’m happy with it
